Fall Break-Part 2

After we got off the ship on Thursday morning we drove to Orlando to spend one night at Disney World.  We planned on attending the Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party.

We had a beautiful drive to Orlando, we even got to see a rocket launch from the Kennedy Space Center.  We checked in early, took the kids to the pool, got everyone a good bath, took a good nap and then suited up to head to the park!

We rode the teacups, a Stitch simulator ride, and It's a Small World.  It started to look like it was going to rain so we decided to eat dinner while the storm blew over.  Well that was a jinx!!!!  It continued to rain for the next several hours.  Needless to say we did not ride anymore rides, we did go to the Woody and Jessie Dance Party that was indoors, then we made a bee line to the bus back to the hotel.  I refused to pay 8.50 for each of us a poncho so we were soaked to the core by the time we returned to the hotel!

 Cariann was very excited

 Riding the teacups
 Camden loved the teacups
 Daddy did not!!!!
 It's a Small World

I love the look on his face, he was amazed!
Camden loved to dance but anytime the characters got near he made a mad dash towards us.

They ended up refunding our money because they were not able to have the parades, candy stops, or the fireworks.  Luckily my kids have never been so they don't know what they missed out on.  Hopefully soon we can go and stay longer.
