I know it has been over a month since I posted. We have had so much going on lately that I haven't taken the time to blog or even barely take pictures! My birthday was in August, then we spent Labor Day in Paducah, and overall there is just nothing exciting in the Williams home except the fact that our house in Bowling Green is UNDER CONTRACT!!!! We are so excited. We have been planning on purchasing my in-laws home in the next few months once our tenants lease was up and we could sell our BG house. It actually sold while it wasn't on the market so that has saved us time and money. So now we are working on helping his parents finish their new home and mostly helping them pack and clean out their existing home. Cariann loves to wander through their basement and find wonderful treasures from Jonathan and Jessica's child hood! (tonight it was a pound puppy)
The pictures above are of Cariann in her new Minnie Mouse dress that her great grandmother made her! Our child is obsessed with "Mouse"! Another new thing for Cariann is her baby dolls are now named "El Care" which is Ellie Claire. She started saying her name over the weekend and now every doll in the house is El Care. She is getting so big! The other day she was reading a book to me and she looks up at me, licks her finger and turns the page she continues to do this for several pages and then burst out into laughter. She is becoming a little girl and definitely inheriting a bold personality! She is a little on the stubborn side too! I sat and rocked her tonight and it is hard to imagine she is almost 2 years old. I was reminded of when we were in the hospital today as we went to visit our friends Carol and Shaun and their new baby Elliott, it amazes me how fast they grow and tonight she let me rock her (which she doesn't usually like anymore) and I just enjoyed my time with her!
Enough of the sadness. I hope you all have a great week!
