Ear Infections

Okay, so Cariann was really fussy this weekend, so this morning I decided she needed to go back to the doctor, even though we were just there Thursday for her 9 month well baby visit. She was 31 inches long and weighed 22 pounds! The doctor said she had another ear infection, she was just diagnosed with the same illness two weeks ago yesterday. I layed her down tonight then went back to check on her and found her sleeping like this. I hope you all enjoy the picture. The pj's are from Mamaw and Papaw, Sherry loves the Life is Good brand, and they got the pj's for Cariann and Ella.

The other picture is of Cariann at Mandy and Craig's Halloween Party Saturday night. She was the lion, Jonathan was the scarecrow, and I was the tin man. She is being held by Wednesday Adams, a.k.a. Morgan!!!

She is such a sweetie! I am sorry to hear she has been sick. My oldest Eli at that age kept an ear infection so I can relate! The pictures are so cute! I have seen you quite a bit lately so I thought I would say hi!

I hate it that Cariann is feeling bad. I can't decide if I like the lion costume or the pj's the best. She is SO cute that you just want to snuggle her:)

I LOVE the lion costume! How precious. A girl I work with has a little boy who was diagnose very often with ear infections. She started giving him a dose of Children’s Zyrtec every night before he went to bed. After a short time he was well and has been healthy since. I don’t know much about it. But I try to keep my ears open for tips when I hear young mommys talking. I would want to check it out thoroughly before trying it. I would be curious about such things as side effects of long term use of the drug and what age child the drug is recommended for, but it might be worth asking the pediatrician about. And I too love the Life is Good brand! They have so many cute things!
